25+ apartment viewings, 3 very intense weeks, only 1 application submitted (among 3 other applicants), and we found out we got the apartment, signed the lease, and met up with the landlords… all within 24 hours.

I shared a picture of the kitchen (my other favorite part of this space besides this fireplace mantle and all of the original pre wall details) in last week’s newsletter, An’s List. My fav kinda date night itinerary now that the weather is super nice in nyc — start from Pier 57, go up the elevator for this amazing view of Manhattan, Little Island, Hudson River & New Jersey, walk along the West Side Highway around sunset to West Village for a dinner (must reserve a table in advance if you don’t want to wait around!!), then grab a drink at a bar nearby. There are also jazz club, comedy shows, dessert spots, and bars. DM if you want specific recs! 😉

Loved this fit, but my feet were screaming at the end of the day. Not gonna lie I love walking, but not when you have to walk up and down and all around Central Park. 🥲 Next time, I’ll opt for a picnic bag and a chill time doing nothing at Sheep Meadow instead.
