I love the REI cash-back program, so. I highly recommend signing up at the cash register and asking them about the perks. It’s more expensive buying from REI since they rarely offer sales, but with your support, do know that REI staff gets good benefits. You can also return or exchange if something does not work out for you within a year of purchase, and I love that I can feel a bit more insured with expensive items like tents, trekking poles, and sleeping bags.
