Happy Friday! I want to keep a 2 upload schedule consistent, so today you’re getting another 1 Piece 3 Ways outfit styling, a little lighter red compared to my previous one about How I Make Money As a Blogger. Hope you’ll enjoy it and leave me a comment with suggestions on what piece you’d like to see from me styling multiple ways. Browse my 1 Piece 3 Ways series, here.

ABOUT STAUD & THE BISSET

When you click on the About section of STAUD, you’ll find Sarah Staudinger’s quote right on the top of the page that reads, “Know what you need (or won’t) and don’t stray. It has never worked for me but I imagine if practiced, it would be a really helpful tip.” I totally can relate.

Founded in 2015, Sarah Staudinger (former Fashion Director of Reformation) and George Augusto co-founded the LA-based brand that makes ‘designer fashion’ accessible. I love that their pieces, even though seem very trendy and quirky, have vintage-inspired elements (big plaids and playful colors) and timeless essence.

My first encounter with STAUD was seeing Lucy Williams, one of my favorite UK-based bloggers, rocked the MORREAU – leather bucket bag encased in macrame back in 2017. Yes, that looks like a plant pot. At first, I thought it was a trendy bag because of such a statement design, I held back from purchasing any items like that. But as the year went by, I noticed it never went on sale. I decided on the BISSET in Saddle instead because it’s more suitable for my lifestyle. Other Staud-recognizable and signature bags are the MOON, REY, and SHIRLEY.

THE BISSET bucket bag is made from calf leather, fully lined in suede, and a drawstring closure. It comes with a long cross-body strap, but I don’t use it because it is just too long. It is made in Vietnam.

1. PREPPY WHITE JUMPSUITS

en saison was nice enough to create a style sheet that includes a few styles that they thought I’d like, and I was immediately drawn to this particular white jumpsuit piece. Size XS fits me like a glove as you could see. It’s made from heavyweight cotton denim fabric with a slight stretch, so creases are natural. White color is quite forgiving, and I totally see myself wearing this piece for years to come.

I’ve paired it with my beloved pump from Vagabond that I got from Urban Outfitters years ago. It’s called the Eve, and it’s apparently very popular on the Nordstrom website. Luckily, it’s still available, and I highly recommend a pair of white pumps like these! They’re super versatile and comfortable.

2. CASUAL WITH SWEATER & JEANS

The WEEKDAY sweater is such a good cozy knit that I got from ASOS last year. WEEKDAY is a sister brand of H&M and ARKET, and I’ve heard good things about their jeans but have yet to try. The jeans are the Karolina in Sixpence bought at the Nordstrom store in downtown Seattle that I absolutely love. They’re so thick and fit me like a glove. The COS sculptural black leather boots are sold out, unfortunately.

OUTFIT 2: sweater: WEEKDAY | jeans: GRLFRND | boots: COS | bag: STAUD

3. A TRENCH LOOK

This look is another easy look to recreate. A trench coat is an absolute must in anyone’s closet. My tip is to opt for a slightly oversized fit and longer length (midi or maxi), always! I’ve kept the base outfit black and fitted so that the trench doesn’t swallow my figure.
