The Musubi Midi belongs to Acne Studios' permanent collection meaning it is here to stay. It has never gone on sale, so I know it is a good investment piece.
The selling point is the unique knot design in which is inspired by the traditional Japanese obi sash. Love the subtle logo. The leather is soft, durable, and beautiful.
The Musubi Midi does look massive in photos online, but it is not that big in person. I'm 5ft5 for reference.
Depends on your job. It does not fit a 13-in laptop, and I don't recommend putting heavy things inside. It's a delicate bag and requires extra care with wear.
DOES THE MAIN STRAP FALL OFF EASILY?
No. The strap is so comfortable and big enough to stay secured on my shoulder.
The Musubi Midi is a fairly big bag, so I always make sure to add heels and oversized accessories like a chunky scarf or long coat.
