The Delta Lake via Lupine Meadows Access trail is an unofficial, unmaintained trail. Highly recommend using Alltrails app for navigation. Follow the rock cairns at boulder fields.
Beautiful, green-blue pristine lake with plenty of spots to seat. Swimmable. Challenging but fun hike.
Plan for an entire day on trail or at least a 5 hour hike. Bring plenty of food and water.
Eat a light meal the day before. It's a hard incline, so plan your bathroom trips accordingly.
Steep and easy to get lost since trail is not marked. Extremely popular, so hike early (8 am) or be prepared to share the paths.
Be respectful of wildlife. Do not feed and keep safe distance. Always bring bear spray when hiking in Grand Teton.
