The crowd! Be mindful of others as you shouldn't take up the same spot too long and let other people enjoy the views and take their photos, too.
BEST TIME TO GO
Early in the morning to avoid the crowd. Best light for photos is always around sunrise or sunset.

Stay after sunset as the sky will change colors and the crowd will quickly disperse. You'll get to relax and watch the city lights turned on.
